Returns&Refunds

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 30 days.

All return items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if it doesn't meet the criteria set forth on this policy

Please note if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by us (meaning during transportation or at our warehouses).

Please send a picture of the item to contact@brandvidia.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 3 business days.
